Who We Are

Founded in 2022, Potholm Player Development is a private baseball organization dedicated to helping elementary, middle, and high-school-aged players achieve their immediate and long-term goals. Our personalized coaching approach focuses on addressing and building off each player’s strengths, refining mechanics, and building confidence both on and off the field. From fundamental techniques to advanced skills, we tailor our programs to fit individual needs, setting players on a path to success at every level. Each player and their family receives access to an online portal, complete with session videos and progress notes, allowing for continued development between lessons. Players can receive hitting, pitching, and fielding lessons at our cage located at 8841 Fort Hunt Road or at a local field. Our commitment to ongoing feedback and customized support ensures that each player’s journey is guided, measurable, and adaptable to their evolving aspirations.
